  Ye Zhen Zhen also noticed him. Both of them glared at one another for a while, although still angry at each other, but has temporarily come to an agreement. Not exposing each other.

  “You…!”

  “Shhh” Ye Zhen Zhen made a please be quiet gesture to him, “I will free you in a while. Then we shall sneak out together” She said and then proceeded to cut the rope on her legs.

  So, Ji Wu Jiu quietly sat and waited for her to untie him, what he received was a white cloth wrapping around his mouth.

  “Wu, wu??” Ji Wu Jiu was very surprised.

  “Your majesty, how can I let you enter the battlefield” Ye Zhen Zhen smiled, she took the rope that bounded her and added another layer on to him, after that she held his face and gave a quick peck. JI Wu Jiu blushed from her actions, but also turned pale from what she is about to do, making his expression really interesting.

  “Wu, Wu, wu!!!”

  Ye Zhen Zhen quickly opened the window, turned around smiled “Wait for me to come back” and she jumped out after.

  Ji Wu Jiu was struggling hard, eyes turning red, but still couldn’t get free, and could only sat on the chair and wait, wait for her to come back.

  This wait, was the longest wait in Ji Wu Jiu’s life.

  Ji Wu Jiu waited till evening.

  Ye Lei Ting brought good news back, Nu Zhen’s army lost and escaped using two different routes, one group headed towards the northwest, and another northeast. When he entered the tent, he saw Ji Wu Jiu sitting there alone, and could not help but ask:

  “Where’s Zhen Zhen?”

  “Where’s Zhen Zhen?”

  Both their voices were heard at the same time, Ye Lei Ting immediately felt something was not right, and quickly untied Ji Wu Jiu. Not sparing a moment to explain, Ji Wu Jiu rushed out to look for Zhen Zhen, but no one saw her, and she was not in the group of injured soldiers as well.

  Ji Wu Jiu was like a headless fly, he asked anyone that he passes by, and his face gets paler each time. Seeing his face was very scarily pale, and forehead full of sweat, Ye Lei Ting went to stop him, and consoled “It is very messy now, perhaps she is just in one of the other groups, she will come and find you in a while”

  “No, if she really is here, then the first thing she will do would be to boast in front of me” Ji Wu Jiu answered, left Ye Lei Ting and proceeded to ask others if they have seen General Zhen.

  Because he was mentally exhausted, Ji Wu Jiu slept till the next afternoon. Ye Lei Ting was sitting next to his bed, saw him opening his eyes, and before he can talk, he quickly say “Zhen Zhen is still alive”

  Ji Wu Jiu let out a breath, his eyes much brighter now. Sitting up, and receiving a bowl of water from Ye Lei Ting, he took a big gulp.

  Ye Lei Ting saw that he was finally back to normal state, he too felt better now. He ordered for some food to be sent over, but Ji Wu Jiu does not have to appetite to eat, so after taking a few bites, he stopped and look at Ye Lei Ting.

  Ye Lei Ting said, “Don’t worry, Zhen Zhen’s skill is still not too bad, she will not be easily injured during the battle. I have ordered men from all the camps to go back to the battlefield yesterday and to search through the bodies, and afraid that it was not clear at night, they went again this morning, they did not find her. It means that she is still alive, just that she did not return, so she either got lost, or got… caught.”

  “Even if she got lost, it has been so long, she would be able to come back already” Ji Wu Jiu said.

He opened the map in front of Ji Wu Jiu, and pointed at a place that is not too far from Guang Ning City, said “Nu Zhen’s army that met with us were here, here and here, after the battle, the left army escaped towards northwest, the middle army and right army went towards the northeast”.

  “So cleanly shaven” Ye Zhen Zhen praised.

  “….” The bald guy didn’t know that her first sentence after she wakes up would be that, also not sure if she was praising him or being sarcastic. He laughed coldly, “You are already at the end of your road, let me see how long you can be so proud”

  Baldy was thinking, Yu Huang Da Di is Er Lang Shen’s Uncle, so Wang Mu Niang Niang would be Er Lang Shen’s aunt, this person really wanted to take advantage of him. So he answered “If you are Wang Mu NIang Niang, then I am Yu Huang Dai Di”.

  Ye Zhen Zhen answered “If you are Yu Huang Da Di, then I am would be the mother of Yu Huang Da Di”

  Really too despicable!

The moment he saw this person, he knew that he was not someone simple, and also he has heard from spy report that the emperor has personally arrived at Liao Dong to take a look at the situation, the more he thinks about it the more it seems to be him, so he ordered his people to surround this person, and capture him alive. After when they are losing, he grabbed this person and escaped together.

  The few people who came in, also shaved their head bald. They are similar to the baldy leader, they kept a braided hair at the back of their heads.
