"Welcome Grandmast," The man's greeting stopped mid-way as she saw my look, which is quite disheveled. I look like I am in a bad mood, and I am in a bad mood.
After the nightmare last night, I tried to sleep, but sleep did not come. So, I decided to work on my experiments, but half of them ended up failing, especially the last, which has very precious resources, some of which I have traded from other Grandmaster.
Not to mention, my sisters' cries are still ringing in my ears; rose can really cry loudly when she wants to.
I had planned to leave before she woke up but strangely, she woke up before I could leave, and seeing me leaving, she began crying and threw a fit. Even when I had left, she hadn't stopped crying.
I hope my father would be able to pacify her quickly, and those sweets I had left her would also help in calming her.
"Grandmaster Zaar, Grandmaster Atkins is waiting for you in the command center," The man said after getting back his composure and beginning to take me toward the control of the command center.
The guide led me quite young, about my age, and already a peak elite. I casually seeped my seed inside him was quite surprised to see he was stronger than his aura said. It is quite amazing that he was able to gain such power from his Inheritance at this young age.
I immediately read his data and added his name to my list; he fits the criteria perfectly.
I have an immense amount of data, and I want to use it on a grand scale. For it, I am drawing out a grand plan, the plan is on a nascent scale, but I will be fully put it on paper by the time I have finished with that ambitious project of mine.
I will definitely focus on that one after I finish with Leonard.
What I am doing with Leonard will leave a mark on the world, but if I become successful in the plan I had barely begun drawing up, it will change the world and would be a legacy I will leave behind.
Click!
I was in my thoughts when the door opened, and I stepped into a command center that is wholly made of glass. It is beautiful but what is even more beautiful is the scenery in front of me and to be honest, it is even more beautiful than I have seen in the photos.
The Beston Archipelago, hundreds of tiny islands on the beautiful blue ocean four hundred miles south of the central continent.
It was one of the best tourist spots in the world, with waiting like lasting for years for even a smaller island, but now, there is no tourist but hardened powerhouses to enjoy the view.
It is not just a touristy place but also one of the most important locations for us humans.
Right below the island I am standing is an entrance to the space realm, which produces high-level Grandmaster class resources. We have very few such realms, and this one is quite important since everybody knows about it.
We have taken it from the hands of the Grimms twelve hundred years ago, and since then, it had been in our hands, never let it slip away even after Grimms have attacked for it hundreds of times.
"It is beautiful, isn't it?" Asked the woman who appeared beside me so fast that I was barely able to notice her.
"It is, Grandmaster Atkins," I replied. The middle-aged woman in front of me has average facial features, but she has striking blue eyes and hair shade of the ocean that anyone who looked at her couldn't take away their eyes.
"I hope it will be able to relieve the bad mood you are having," She said with a smile which made her striking blue eye twinkle like a gem.
"It already has, Grandmaster," I said with a smile before turning to the other two Grandmasters while the other two are not present in the command center.
This place is important enough to have five Grandmasters Guard it, and now with me, it had become six. This place also did not have an army, just three hundred Tyrants from unranked to Masters.
From the information I have provided, the Grimms have around eight hundred Tyrants and nine Grandmasters, which is bigger than average numbers seeing it is not dukes or kinds but Tyrants we are talking about, and even Grimms do not have a huge supply of them.
Hun!
I was about to green the two Grandmasters, one of which I am quite familiar with when suddenly the ocean exploded.
All three Grandmasters looked at the explosion that had rocked the sea, and their expressions became serious with their soul sense spreading out, but they did not move. Though, I could feel their alertness as they sensed the battle between the Grandmasters.
"Grandmaster Zaar, welcome to Beston archipelago," Said the Grandmaster I am familiar with. "It is nice to be here, Grandmaster Rhyden," I said back to the women. She is Isa Rhyden, from Blazing Sphere, and an old friend of Rai.
"Grandmaster Kaff," I greeted the Grandmaster beside her, an old man who looked be in his seventies.
He nodded back at me before turning back toward the exploding ocean where two Grandmasters were fighting.
Unlike the other battlefields, organized battles are rare here. There are barely a once in a week; most of the battles here are fought individually, and we mostly focused on guarding rather than actually going to fight.
That might change now that I have come here; I have been sent here to shake things up. Yesterday, the Grand Commander had told me that she wants to downsize the force here and bluntly told me to kill a few Grandmasters as soon as possible.
She hopes to free up two or even three Grandmasters within a month send them where they needed the most.
Let's just hope that I will be able to do what she had sent me here to do. Killing the enemy is not easy when they already know about your abilities.
