I cursed out when I saw the tiny silvery-white crystal brought out from the ground from my string. The crystal is very small, the size of a rice grain, but it shocked me clearly.

  It is a pure soul crystal, which is much much rarer and more precious than pure soul water.

  I took it in my hand, and my already widened eyes couldn’t help but widen up further; its grade had faintly touched the level of the Grand Lord. If I were to be a little loose with the grading, I might say the crystal is of Grand Lord class, and it is very shocking.

  This ruin is a Grandmaster class ruin, which means all the natural treasures inside it are Grandmaster class.

  It is extremly hard for any natural treasure to surpass the limit, but some treasures can do it, and this soul crystal is one of them, considering it had faintly crossed over the limit.

  The first crystal was just beginning; a few seconds later, I found another one and then another one.

  I continued excavating for more than ten minutes, going much deeper than I had gone when I was excavating under the tree, and by the time I had finished, I had forty-four pure soul crystals, with the biggest one being the size of the pea.

  The number of crystals may seem small, but their value is far above the pure soul water I had taken earlier.

  I immediately threw twenty crystals into the lake and felt great change appearing in it. The fountain released one heat wave after another, not behind to steam the water of the late but also to melt the crystal; by the time the heatwave stopped, the size of the lake had been reduced by a third, but its purity broke the charts.

  It had reached very near to the purity of the pure soul water I had deposited inside, and if the water of the lake couldn’t be purified further, I would have thrown some more crystal in it.

  My core could not bear any purer soul water; half of the pure soul crystals I had thrown inside hadn’t melted fully.

  If my estimation is right, then these crystals would not completely melt and merge into a lake till I level up to the Master class from the leader class. When that happens, the purity of soul water will reach equal to the pure soul water I had poured inside, and that only when I reach Master.

  I couldn’t help but wonder about the grade of purity I would get when I reached the Grandmaster class. When I thought about it, I couldn’t help but a shake up in the excitement.

  This ruin is really amazing; I have accomplished so much more than I had imagined, and there are still some things I have to get before I leave this place.

  I still had to harvest the other half of the Garden and looked inside the small hour, it had made me very curious, but I bit down my curiosity and moved toward the half of the Garden. I will harvest the resources of the Garden before I target the house.

  After that, I will leave this place; I could not stay in this place for more than two days. I am sure the Grimms would send others to see how precious the resources are of this place, especially the tree and the pure soul water, which, unfortunately for them, were taken by me.

  I had just begun harvesting the resources when I suddenly stopped with a huge surprise in my place.

  It shocked me because harvesting resources are not just cutting but carefully harvesting them by applying different sort of methods, and now I am doing it at double speed. It is not just with my strings; even my avatar has become faster, able to do things more efficiently than earlier.

  I did not have to think about how it happened; it is clear it was due to pure soul water and a pure soul crystal. The lake is connected to my soul, and more than half of it is generated from my soul, so when I add pure soul water and crystal, the level of water increases, and it benefits my soul directly.

  I am ecstatic to receive such benefits; with it, I would be able to do things more efficiently. I know how much I need this huge, especially; the program has increased my responsibilities by tenfold.

  It took me two hours and thirty-four minutes to harvest the other half of the Garden, slightly less than half the time I had needed to harvest the other half earlier.

  I was able to do it faster not just because of the pure soul water and crystal but also because of the huge drop in the density of the death and metal energy. With the tree disappearing, there is no constant influx of the energies and thus less pressure.

  There is still a huge amount of death and metal energies here; every part of this place contains these energies. It might take centuries till people other than the Grandmasters would be able to enter this place.

  It is also regretful that batches of plants that will grow here from now will not be as powerful as before. It will also take them longer than usual time to reach the Grandmaster class.

  In a century or two, when the dense death and metal energy here lessen considerably or disappear, even reaching the Grandmaster class for these plants will be difficult.

  Chapter 2457 I Guess This Is Not Planet Vlone Then?Now that I have harvested the garden, it is time to look at the house. It is a small single-story house-made wholly of marble.

  The design of the house is a little strange as it has a door that is nearly as tall as it; with such a big door, even cyclops will pass through it easily, but they will have barely enough space inside if they want to sleep inside or walk around.

  I did not think much and pushed the door; I had to push quite hard before the door began to open, and soon, I got a clear look of what was inside it, and it couldn’t freeze me on my spot.

  In front of me is a huge space, at least twenty times bigger than what seemed outside. It is clearly spatially enlarged.

  I am not shocked by it; I live in a spatially enlarged space called a Pyramid.

  The thing that shocked me was bones bound in chains; there are bones of tens of beings that are bound in the chains. There is also a huge table with multiple tools neatly placed on it; just one look is enough to know what these instruments are.

  This seemed like someone’s personal torture home, aside from bound bones and torture tools. There is also a room made of transparent energy there; I could see a bed and connected to it another room which seemed to be an office.

  It took me a while to process before I appeared beside a three-meter tall skeleton bound in a chain; just as I appeared beside, the bones crumbled by the gale of air I made.

  This room had been completely sealed from the outside, there was not a speck of death, and metal energy could be sensed here. This is why the bones were decayed and crumbled with the slightest force applied to them.

  I collected the bone dust and packed it before turning toward another skeleton and collecting its dust into a different box.

  These people have suffered too much; even after thousands of years, these bones bear the signs of torture they have suffered.

  I am collecting their ashes and will be busying them in some nice, pure place.

  I had reached the thirteenth skeleton; it was from a small being that was not even a meter tall. It has two eyes like regular humans, but they are slightly bigger and round; it also has two horns and a tail.

  Like I did with others, I moved my energy to surround it, and just as I did, the bones crumbled into ashes which my energy collected. As it did, I noticed a lump in the ash; there was clearly something solid inside.

  I used my string to brough it out, and as I had expected, there was something solid inside. It is a jagged crystalline bone of thumbnail size.

  The crystalline thing has surprised me; after thousands of years, every part of their bodies has turned to ashes. Without the protective formation, they got ravaged by the river of time, but the crystalline bone thing had survived somehow.

  I looked at it for a couple of seconds, and feeling it safe, I took it in my hand, but just as I did, it began to shine brightly. I tried to throw it, but to my surprise, the crystal had disappeared, and a big bright have remained standing.

  ”By ten realms, I thought this piece of soul would die!” shouted the voice from the shining ball before transforming into a one-meter size purple being.

  ”A human kid!” It said in surprise as its eyes fell on me, and it was not the one that was surprised; I was too surprised at well.

  If my sister had been here, she would have shouted in joy and ran toward this being and hugged him. How can she not? Even I want to do it; this being is just too cute.

  It had a purple fur body, round eyes, tail, and cute horns. It is the epitome of cuteness; if I am not feeling very scared right now, I would have definitely hugged it hard.

  Though one thing is clear, it is not a Grimm Monster; this thought had never come to mind ever since this being had appeared in front of me. The feeling Grimms gave is completely different; it is like they are at odds with the world while we humans, monsters, and others feel like part of the world, and this being is the same as us.

  ”A human kid in the middle of primary stage,” It said as a surprise in its eyes disappeared, and it looked at me even more clearly.

  It is speaking a universal language and has a slightly weird accent; hell, every accent of a universal language would feel weird to me, considering I have seen not even five people I have heard speaking.

  ”My lord,” I greeted politely; this being is very powerful. Even when it is not showing even a speck of aura, my whole body is shaking. It is all because of the willpower that I have fallen to my knees.

  ”I guess this is not planet vlone then?” it asked as it looked around, and I could see great anger appear in its eyes before it had disappeared.

  ”No, you are not, my lord. This place is a ruin that is floating around about grade 0 planet,” I replied in a universal language. I practiced it when I had free time, but the words still felt weird when they rolled on my tongue.

  Chapter 2458 Red Grave”Grade 0 world,” It said with a sigh before looking at me; “I suppose there won’t be any neighboring grade 1 or even Grade II world around?” It asked that I shake my head.

  It closed its eyes, and I felt it shining lightly before a purple wave released from its body and spread. It quickly spread through the room before seeping out of its walls and getting outside.

  It had kept its eyes closed for a minute before it had opened them; there was a profound disappointment in its eyes. “It seemed like more than ten thousand years have passed,” It said finally as it opened its eyes.

  ”I am sorry for your loss; these torturous bastards were really cruel to you,” I said awkwardly as silence appeared between us.

  ”I did not die; it was my nephew that these bastards of Red Grave had captured when he was on the important mission.” He replied with deep sadness. His answer couldn’t help but surprise me. I thought it was him who got captured and just kept his soul hidden in the crystal somehow.

  ”Hmph, if these bastards had dared to come at me, I would have wiped them out,” He said, reading the expressions on my face.

  ”They got wiped out anyway with their whole organization,” I said. The signs of destruction were all over these runes; those who attacked these torturous bastards were quite powerful; they had destroyed nearly everything.

  ”Red Grave is not something that could be destroyed easily; these dogs of abominations are a very powerful force that they have even destroyed several realms in the tower of realms.” He said, and I only understood half of them, while some of the words are familiar through what I read and heard about them.

  ”What they have destroyed is a small branch of Red Grave; there are thousands of them around the universe,” It said with a hint of anger appearing on its face for a moment.

  ”Why have you come to this ruin?” It asked suddenly, “Treasure hunting,” I replied.

  ”Go on then, don’t let me stop you,” He said, seeing me still standing. Its words surprised me, I thought it would have some deep emotional conversation with me, but it seemed like it did not have any interest in doing that.

  I nodded and hesitatingly placed the ashes of his nephew into the urn. “Can you tell me the name of your nephew?” I asked. His eyes have become a little emotional, hearing that for a moment before becoming emotionless.

  ”His name is Ha’garaf; he loved lazing around the lakes,” He replied after seconds of silence. I nodded and placed the ashes into the urn before moving to another skeleton.

  It feels a little weird to see it follow behind me, but its not like I could ask it to stop. Who knows, it might get angry and squish me like a bug; I did not want to make the changes.

  I continued till I finished collecting the ashes before moving toward the two rooms. “The condition of chains and tools have eroded a lot, but their grade is still high enough to be used by you,” It said; it is clearly asking why I am not taking the chains and other torture tools.

  ”I have no need for these artifacts, and besides, they are tainted,” I replied. It did not say anything, just nodded and followed behind me silently.

  Soon, I reached the rooms; both of the rooms were connected in one large formation, and the formation on it was quite tough. Though not as tough as the one of the bronze gate, I am confident that I would be able to solve it, and it would not take me more than five hours.

  With that thought, I took out the calibrator and scanned the formation, and began to solve it with the help of my avatar while the being just stood behind me. Its presence is quite uncomfortable, and I wish I could ask it to go away, but of course, I will not do that; I do not have a death wish.

  A minute after I began solving the formation, the surprise couldn’t help but appear on my face. Solving formation has become easy, much easier than I had expected.

  I had expected something like that would happen, considering how I was able to control the double the number of strings earlier in harvesting the resources but still, the fluency of my mind and the much better coordination between my avatar and me has surprised me.

  With such a great advantage, I began to make the rapid advancement in solving the formation, and within two hours and fifty-one minutes, I was able to break the formation. Nearly half of the time, I had thought I would need.

  With the formation breaking, I took out the air pen and began to draw out the runes. I would have done that in my core, but since that being is watching behind me, I did not want to draw out my core. Even in such a lower world, I know it’s peculiar, and the fewer people know about it, the better it would be.

  The formation appeared in the air, and it stuck on the runes, and a couple of seconds later, the entrance to the room appeared. I did not wait for a second and walked in, and obviously, the being followed behind me silently.

  If I had been looking behind right now, I would have seen the great shock in the huge eyes of the horned being.

  As I had entered the first room, I saw a huge bed, which was more than big enough to be five meters tall being to sleep comfortably, and beside it was a table and meditation mat.

  All of them are in pretty good condition, which is not surprising considering there is a pretty powerful preservation formation. While it is not powerful to stop the decay of things, it would slow it down hundreds of times, which could be considered pretty good.

  I took it all; I am aware that a torturous bastard might have slept on them, but I need these things.

  The project requires such things heavily that affect the body and soul; long contact with such things improves their practice speed considerably. So, I would have taken them, even if they had been used by the world’s greatest killers.
