Chapter 595 - Knight Of Hell
"Is this you begging?" She uttered with a sinful smile upon her cheeks. Damn this woman, the moment I heard of Gallreum, I knew she held the intent of telling their king I was here. Everyone always called me a devil, but they always missed her. She was the fucking daughter of Asmodeus. Why do they always forget?
"This is serious! If Asmodeus allowed a devil to rule in the Bed of Chaos after recalling them from the Hells. Then he must be strong. is he not?" I hastily pleaded, watching her fiendish smile grow.
Clitting her tongue Lilith rolled her eyes, "I hate your eidetic memory. Fine, but this may be a wise move. We could use, Karthronig. He is a mighty Knight of Hell. One of the few fathers allowed me to see during my youth."
A/N: Karthronig was the Final Boss in the Castle of Brimstone.
"You plan on giving him up to Sera? Do you think she is still here? Einar never mentioned anything of her being in the Holy Swords." I replied, a little intrigued by the idea.
"You were inside of me the whole time," She chimed in, blushing slightly, licking her lips," When would you have had the time to see him? It's a solid plan. The damage you did was permanent. While I am sure he will not remember your features due to the Ring of Babel, you have changed a lot since then. There should be no logical reason for him to recognize you."
Rolling my eye, I clitted my tongue, "I had planned to go to Noctem after the honeymoon."
Lilith smirked, in a somewhat offended manner, "Please, that was wedding sex. The honeymoon hasn't even started yet." She uttered as a matter of fact.
Chuckling slightly, I smiled as a sudden knock echoed into my cave. Glancing at Lilith, she shrugged.
"It's open," I said. As the cave door slid open, revealing my new stalker.
"I am going with you," Said Kurt sharply.
"It's just a simple assassination," I mentioned assuming that was what he was talking about; somewhat curious as to why he wished to come, I pulled the dossier from the Ring of Bael.
Kurt hesitated for a moment and fell silent. He glanced at Lilith for a moment and opened his mouth, "It was I who posted the mission." He proclaimed, lowering his gaze, masking his features, but I could still see a bit of shame merely by how he carried himself.
Flipping the dossier open, I skimmed over the contents of the man called Silven, who was a promising disciple in the Court of Blood. He was an early star-lord, like Lilith and me. On special assignment.
This special assignment, as they called it, had me curious. Obviously, this information came from the Court of Nox, more so with the help of Kurt and probably the others. Knowing the particular assignment would suggest they had some spies in the Court of Blood. But why is everything else about this mission parameter missing? What of his guards? Who was his master? What about why he was there. There was nothing. So this is either a trap or Kurt has some other scheme going on.
"So, are you asking to come?" Lilith suddenly uttered.
"No, I'm telling you I'm coming." He professed sharply, turning his back in a solemn light. He moved to take his leave.
"Your master doesn't know about this, does she?" Said, Lilith. Kurt's foots paused for but a moment, and he left without another word.
Pondering for a moment, I frowned, "You think this is Cleo's doing? Kurt is a very particular man. He is free to leave as he is a guess in the Holy Swords, but it's weird he would even need help. Did he even know I was going to be the one to take up his mission?"
"Cleo is a snake, although she doesn't act like it. In fact, I don't even think she knows it. She has quite a manipulative way to her, or did you miss it checking out her ass?" She asked softly, in my ear. "Why do you think I always hung around her? I hate Yu Jing, but Cleo is amusing. Especially that soul of hers."
Intrigued by what Lilith knew, I turned to get lost in her mischievous eyes, "She may be the only one of a kind."
'Is this from your legacy?" I inquired.
"No." She said, "Its form being a soul bender."
Humming in response, I pulled away and rubbed my aching left eye that had never let up since the Hollowing. There were days when it would be sore—others when it burned for hours.
Pulling my hand away, Lilith caressed my eye with both palms. Passing a bit of abyssal energy into my pupil, I felt like I was melting at her touch and energy.
"You should be a masseuse," I suggested.
Licking her lips, she giggled cutely. "Why not, but I would rather you rub me down. Do a good job, and I may just be helpless for the taking. You could do anything…… anything." she countered in a hot tantalizing voice, trailing her fingers down my chest like hot wax.
"Keep this up, and we may go another hundred years," I remarked when I suddenly frowned. "Wait! Do you remember what happened? I mean, when you woke up. I had never felt so drained in my life, and it wasn't due to my life force. That regenerates naturally for me, but I felt like something took a bite out of me this time."
Touching her stomach, she frowned, "I'm not pregnant. It may just have been to the long-term drain. We were both devouring each other's lifeforce to entice the pleasure." She reminded with a thoughtful expression, unaware of the drool slipping down her cheeks.
"Maybe," I muttered back, still hesitant over what had transpired. Touching her stomach, the shadows crept within her as I took a look myself. Revealing nothing but racing blood and organs, a contemptuous look appeared upon her lips.
"Happy?"
"Like in general? I am, You?"
She rolled her eyes, "Shall we prepare? We haven't seen Arkanos and Ty in quite a while. We should go catch up before we leave."
"Let's take them. I don't trust Kurt. I will also summon Freya. She has had a long enough vacation." I remarked, "Ty is a great secret, and I would like to keep her as a secret. Freya, on the other hand, will prove to be my guard."
"Please, you just want a taste of her." Lilith dismissively said.
"And you don't? No one that straight."
