  Qin Ruo had long exited the scene using Aquamorph as Godslayer summoned his Clan’s Hunters to rush toward Citadel. There was no reason to stay on and wait to get attacked after killing the well-equipped Bandit and obtaining three of his dropped equipment. (Clan ‘Hunters’, are frankly just a bunch of well-equipped red-tagged assassins. They are different from the League Hunters, whereby they would act according to their superior’s order with certain restrictions! Meanwhile, League Hunters fall under the rules set by several large Clans, and would not engage unless the rules are broken.)

  It was natural for Qin Ruo to be light-hearted after killing a red-tagged Bandit and gaining three equipment. He soon reached the spot where Gold Digger Babe, Little Kitten, and others were stationed. At the moment, aside from the two pretty Radiant Priests, there were seven other colleagues from Citadel as well—a total of eleven players.

  Even though few of them were lacking armor and shoes……

  However, when a group of people is truly united, their combat capabilities were certainly way more powerful than a single person. At the very least, they would not be completely helpless in this dangerous and complicated Devil’s Swamp.

  As he prepared to reveal himself and regroup with the lot…… His elemental perception suddenly detected two Bandits!   A group of people suddenly stood up from the ground.

  The two lovely Priests quickly chanted and cast a halo of an AoE buff which enveloped everyone within the perimeter.

  At the same time, the three Elementalist with the lowest defense hastily cast their own Tier 4 Barrier and begin to condense magic toward the direction where Order of the Eight Gods Clan’s red-tagged players were approaching……

  There were players coming from all sides!

  “Hmm?”


  Through his elemental perception, Qin Ruo immediately saw Eight Gods Clan members that were now fifty meters away from the team stop in their tracks and look at each other. They had been extremely careful—how would their presence be discovered?

  Of course, they were unaware that there was an extra pair of eyes in the dark, tracking their whereabouts and foil their every action……

  Logically, based on the formation and strength of this Eight Gods Clan’s party, it was easy for them to take down Gold Digger Babe and company. Unfortunately, more than half of them were red-tagged, which was unfavorable.

  Not only did they have to abort their ambush, but they might also need to delay their attacks.

  At this point, the weaker party that was better prepared engaged at the same time, sprinting towards their enemies’ hiding spot……

  A red-tagged Bandit did not even know how he was discovered. He just saw the descent of a few AoE skills before dying instantly after a whimper!

  Over the other side, few Elementalists behind Gold Digger Babe were initially doubtful and wonder whether the information provided by the secret helper was accurate.

  Until the notification prompted by the System showed that a Penalty Player was killed, three of them went into a frenzy, with their confidence boosted.

  Originally their biggest weakness was none other than the lack of a Tier 4 Bowmaster! The enemy only needed the send a single Bandit which was more than enough to annihilate the entire team……

  Right now, the secret helper had firmly grasped the opponent’s Bandit formation and status. His ability had clearly prevailed, so what was there to be afraid of?

  The three Elementalists morales were unexplainably highly boosted. With the protection by several warriors, they marched towards Eight Gods Clan’s party while ignoring the presence of another normal Bandit or the obvious disparity in strength between the two teams.

  “F*ck!”


  Eight Gods Clan members were immediately provoked.

  At first, they planned to lurk nearby and take action without being noticed in order to take this party down altogether. That’s the reason why the Elementalist did not activate Barrier which could easily expose their strategy. So, even though they are now challenged by a weaker party, the Elementalist could only fall back to prepare the defensive skills, with only a few warriors forward.

  Nevertheless, in such circumstances in which their opponents consist of only three Elementalists, two Berserkers and a Swordsman, the few warriors from Eight Gods Clan still had the upper hand!

  Furthermore, players who always involved in PvP were well aware that it was easy for those under normal status to attack a red-tagged player without needing to worry about anything; but in case several normal status players are thrown into the mix, it might cause havoc.

  These Eight Gods Clan’s warriors were apparently good at PvP. The timing of their approach was well-executed. Red-tagged players would hide in between three normal players (untagged). That would drastically lower the rate of any Elementalist locking on to them. In turn, this move would decrease the chances of the red-tagged player from being taken down.

  Usually, they could easily destroy the defense of temporary parties like these.

  However, the situation was obviously very different today. None of them realized that there was an undetected player hidden in the heart of the battlefield……

  When a few warriors had only halfway through the field, a sudden cold breeze filled the battleground……

  Four out of the seven warriors felt they had stepped on an uneven and slippery surface. They slipped, losing their balances instantly……

  “Arghhhh!”


  Four of them groaned as they fell flat on their backs! It was when they fell that they realized the swamp water beneath their feet had been frozen without warning. It was hard, slippery, and sharp!

  As they continued groaning in pain, three magic spells and an arrow skill were launched from the hand of the three Elementalist and Little Kitten respectively, which immediately put down the red-tagged swordsman!
