  In less than ten minutes, the Angel Faction players had landed on the Sin City’s west side. Fires burned ferociously in the area as the shouting of players and bellowing of monsters were heard everywhere—almost like a choir singing a hymn in commemoration of one of the worst moments in Demon Faction’s history.

  Over fifty thousand Demon Faction players had squeezed at the Warp Portal after being defeated by the Angel Faction’s first wave of attacks, waiting patiently for the war to be over.

  Nonetheless, the Angel Faction army did not let up and continued to invade Sin City via the west side and took over all the streets in its western area.

  Although there were some casualties among the Angel Faction, the Radiant Priests and Priestesses behind them were doing their best to offer support; whenever there were Tier 5 players that were slain, they immediately resurrected them while watching over their dropped equipment. Working together, the Five Leagues did not sustain many casualties while pushing deeper and deeper into Sin City.

  In the meantime, thousands of “angels” had already started butting heads with the Demon Faction’s “demons” in the sky.

  Even though the Demon Faction could not gather the huge number of Winged Champions needed in such a short time, it was enough to slow down the Angel Faction’s advance in the sky. Nonetheless, the clashes between the Winged Champions were still utterly bloody and savage—these were the top players in “Honor and Glory” after all.

  As they brawled in the skies, there were times they would be struck down to the ground, unavoidably killing other non-winged players with them too!

  Roarrr!!!

  A deafening roar suddenly echoed in the battlefield as a huge ghastly silhouette appeared before four Elementalists. Then, it slammed right into one of the Elementalists while they were still shocked by the sudden appearance of the “black shadowy thing”.

  Soon afterwards, a loud crack followed as a pair of metallic fingers crushed the Elementalist’s head. Fear and anger filled his eyes as he stared straight at the bald-headed men in front of him……

  Splash!

  In an instant, blood and grey matter splashed out of the crushed head!

  “What a rush!”


  After letting out a long howl, Steel Dude spread his wings and flew away. Then, in a swift motion, he changed his direction and zoomed straight at the shining equipment that the dead Elementalist dropped earlier.

  “You spineless prick!”


  Seeing his teammate had died from a sneak attack by this bald-headed Berserker, the other Elementalist’s eyes were filled with rage……

  “Die!”


  Overwhelmed by anger and fear, he immediately flung out a Magic Scroll……

  However, before the scroll was activated, Steel Dude had reached inches away from him in mere seconds!

  “What? How?!”


  The Elementalist watched in horror as his magic attack missed its target completely. Before he succumbed to the frightening Berserker’s attack, two powerful magic attacks struck him from behind and ended his life instantly.

  “Ahem! Baldy! How dare you kill-steal our prey?! Do you have a death wish?”


  Burning Rose and Xiaoxiao hovered in front of Steel Dude, who was still clutching at the equipment, “I’ll complain to Ruo Ruo later and tell him to not supply you Movement Speed Potions anymore.”


  “Oh no, my ladies.” Steel Dude hastily replied, “We’re on the same team…… look, the equipment is still in the shared inventory…… you can’t do this to your life saviors.”


  “Hmph! Still trying to make excuses for stealing our Honor Points eh? Are you trying to humiliate me by my zero kills today?” Burning Rose put her hands on her waist and retorted loudly.

  Steel Dude scratched his head and pointed at the corpse that fell earlier, “But…… but didn’t you got a kill earlier?”


  “Oh, more excuses……”


  As Burning Rose was about to Interrogate him further, suddenly Xiaoxiao pricked out her ears as if trying to listen for something. Then, with a frown she looked at Burning Rose and Steel Dude, “Quick. We have to return to the western wall.”


  “What?” Burning Rose was stunned as she heard this.

  Then, Steel Dude complained loudly, “No way! I’m just warming up here! And we’re going back already?”


  “You’ll get to kill more later! We need to head back immediately to get someone.”


  After hearing that he’d get more kills later, Steel Dude then grudgingly followed them back to the west walls……

  A short moment later, the three of them met up with the Winged Champions led by Violet Orchid and Judge. Xin Yu and Pretty Woman, flapping their Angelic Wings, were also tagging anxiously behind Violet Orchid.

  “We’re getting this little girl here?”


  Xin Yu was scared shitless as she saw Steel Dude staring at her. She had a keen eye and earlier, she saw how this huge bald man crush several enemies heads with just his bare hands.

  “Zip it. You’ll charge ahead while Violetmoon Devilite and I will provide cover. We need to hasten our attacks and advance into Sin City’s plaza in ten minutes!”


  “Plaza!”


  Steel Dude was initially unhappy with Violet Orchid’s decision to have him stop attacking just to rendezvous with a little newbie girl. Yet, after hearing her plan to advance towards the center of the city, his eyes glimmered with excitement.

  Not waiting any longer, he spread his Angelic Wings and led the other Winged Champions to charge ahead, opening up a path for the ones behind.

  As they were gliding above the streets, Xiaoxiao threw a concerned look at Violet Orchid and asked, “What’s going on? Shouldn’t Xin Yu be staying on the walls?”


  “There’s a change of plan.”


  Violet Orchid looked at her and replied, “Little Ruo suggested assigning Xin Yu to seal off the left side, while Black Rock handles the right. We’re gathering everyone to attack the plaza with all we got!”


  “What?”


  Xiaoxiao was surprised to hear this, “How are we going to do that? The Demon Faction had now gathered a group of Tier 5 players with flying pets. There are over thousands of Winged Champions too! They can retaliate any time now. And we’re going to fight fire with fire?”


  As the Vice Leader of the Fallen Angels, she knew well what they planned earlier, and naturally, she also knew about the sudden change in the battlefield before this. Even though the Angel Faction had more veteran champions on their side, it was still not enough to turn the tide in such a huge battlefield……

  With over thousands of Winged Champions clashing swords in the battle, it would be no difference if they had more veteran champions or not. Anyone could die from a stray arrow or a dagger from behind.

  The Demon Faction needed ten more minutes before they could summon more experienced players to Sin City. With sheer numbers alone, they should defeat the advancing forces of the Angel Faction.

  And when that had happened…… they could then take back all the streets they lost before the Angel Faction gained a foothold on these places.

  However……

  Violet Orchid, who was always collected and calm, did not agree with her concerns this time, “Qin Ruo said…… since we’re already taking a huge risk, we might as well be putting in all our chips in one huge bet…… we succeeded in besieging the city from all sides earlier, so, we’re now summoning everyone to the west walls.”


  Looking at Xiaoxiao, who was still overwhelmed by disbelief, Violet Orchid nodded, “Include Netherclaw, Scarlet Bauhinia, and Black God. All the sharpest swords and spears from the Five Leagues have gathered……”

  Meanwhile, there were thousands and thousands of huge flying monsters carrying their masters, all gathering above the Sin City’s plaza.

  Also gathered were thousands of players on the ground. No more lowly violet equipment could be seen lying around; all one could see in the plaza was the shiny glimmer from the Gold and Dark Gold tier equipment—it was as though a huge golden sea had flooded the city’s plaza.

  Noises of battles and warhorn echoed in the area as the Angel Faction players’ attacks inched closer and closer.

  The huge city plaza could fit hundreds of thousands of men; the Warp Portal was still flashing profusely, sending in more and more Tier 5 players, clad in golden gear…… the lingering stench of murderous intent was felt amongst the golden warriors as they gathered in the plaza……

  Berserker Lord was waiting patiently.

  He was waiting for this massive golden tide to fill up every corner of the city. If that were to happen, it would then not take too much effort for them to resolve this battle, the biggest crisis the Demon Faction had faced since the beginning of time.

  Nonetheless, not everything went smoothly.

  There were too many morons grumbling, urging him to bring the fight to their enemies……

  They were not as calm and collected as Berserker Lord—they could not bear to watch the Angel Faction inching closer and closer while doing nothing!

  “Berserker Lord, you cunt!”


  “What the hell are you waiting for?!”


  “The west has fallen! And they’re moving towards the plaza!”


  The Angel Faction suddenly increased their momentum and advanced towards the plaza like a violent forest fire!

  “Berserker Lord, we have done as you requested. We’ve sent all the useless ones out of the city. We’ve gathered all the people you wanted. And yet you wait! Are you going to wait until they take over the plaza and the Warp Portal before you’ll move your smelly ass?!”


  Seeing the west side of the city falling to the hands of the Angel Faction and the enemies forces advancing towards the plaza, Death Jesus finally couldn’t hold it in any longer and rushed to the plaza. Yet, the “commander” Berserker Lord was still holding off retaliating, waiting quietly like a coward at the plaza. This angered Death Jesus even more.

  “.…… just wait a few more moments.”


  Berserker Lord’s words were calm.

  Indeed, they had now gathered a lot of Tier 5 players to the scene. However, they still needed a few more minutes to station everyone at all the three sides of the city. He didn’t want any other unnecessary distractions as he pays his full attention at striking back later.

  Since they had waited this long already, they might as well wait a little longer to get everything ready before pulling the trigger…… the trigger of retaliation……

  “Oh, there’s no need for that! You’re unfit to be the commander!” Death Jesus did not have the patience to loiter with him.   After Death Jesus barked out the order, thousands of Winged Champions flocked out to engage battle with their enemies! Berserker Lord had no choice but to order his own men to follow suit—if he insisted them to continue holding off the Angel Factions’ army, they would be utterly crushed by the enemies anyway with their now depleted numbers.

  The Demon Faction’s flying army started to gather and form several echelons in the air, mostly formed by Tier 5 players riding Skeletal Dragons, flocking towards the west side of the city…… to the streets and the roofs……

  Ferociously advancing toward their foes via air and land, the Demon Faction players rushed to the frontlines!
