The TV ghost couldn’t stop asking Ye Sui for help as it held out its hand to Ye Sui. “I shouldn’t have scared you just now. It’s not easy for us to be ghosts, you know. Please ask your husband to lift his feet.”
The TV ghost, who was ambitious a minute ago, had been scared by Chen Shu and was now begging for mercy. At this time, the most important thing was not to restore her self-esteem as a ghost but rather, how to extricate herself from the hands of the devil.
Ye Sui, who was too kind, gave a helping hand to the TV ghost. “Your foot has stepped on its hair.”
Chen Shu frowned and moved his feet aside. The TV ghost climbed back happily. Unexpectedly, she used too much strength to break away, so when Chen Shu lifted his foot, she was caught off guard and suddenly rolled out of the TV.
Plop! The TV ghost rolled over at Chen Shu’s feet. She was about to stand up when she tripped over her long hair and fell back to the ground. Ye Sui could only watch her antics helplessly. She couldn’t help but sympathize with the TV ghost for three seconds.
However, when the TV ghost thought she had escaped, Chen Shu suddenly put his hand on the small table in front of the TV. His movements didn’t stop as he lifted the small table, wanting to see where the ghost was hidden.
The TV ghost had just got up and was hit on the head by the oncoming table.
Bang!
The TV ghost screamed while crawling back to the TV. Ye Sui recalled Chen Shu’s previous behavior in Rose Public Plaza. He had taken a lighter and was able to burn the clothes of the dancing granny ghost.
Now, Chen Shu could step on the TV ghost’s hair and hit its head with a small table. It meant that all his actions could cause substantial damage to the ghosts.
An average person who could do this? It seemed that Chen Shu not only had enough yang energy, but he also was the ultimate nemesis of ghosts.
The third ghost that was already timid was frightened so much by Chen Shu’s actions that it almost choked and did not dare to do anything. It was afraid to encounter the same scene as the two ghosts before.
Led by the curtain ghost and followed by the TV ghost, the timid ghost imitated them eagerly in the running out of the room as fast as they could without looking back.
Ye Sui thought that they would never set foot in this room again and might even escape Yunnan overnight.
Chen Shu utterly unaware of the ghosts’ fears, his face a little puzzled. “Only you can see them?”
Is it because he had never believed in ghosts before?
Ye Sui and Chen Shu stayed in the hotel for a while; then they set off. Before leaving, Ye Sui armed herself with a disguised look. Although it was evening, there were too many tourists coming to Yunnan. Therefore, she still needed to make sure that she had made thorough preparations.
Ye Sui was wearing a mask, a sun hat, and a pair of oversized glasses on her eyes. Apart from exposing her nostrils to breathe, she cloaked everything else that should be covered.
Chen Shu took a look at Ye Sui, who had almost wrapped herself into a quail. He said nothing and walked out of the hotel with her.
Yunnan City at night lacked the bright sunshine, but it had more feelings that could not be experienced during the day. The street lamps gradually lit up, illuminated the ground, and extended to the front.
Both sides of the street were full of shops, and there were many tourists on the road. The girls were all dressed up beautifully; however, compared to Ye Sui, who had almost wholly wrapped her face, Chen Shu still thought that she was the best.
There were a large number of visitors, and the road was a bit crowded. Still, Chen Shu had always been careful not to let others hit Ye Sui. She looked at Chen Shu and asked, “Are you hungry?”
As a matter of fact, Chen Shu was not hungry at all, but seeing Ye Sui’s eyes, he said, “I am indeed a little hungry.”
