  “You’re delusional.” Tang Jinyu shook his arm again, before frowning and warning her, “Do you want me to cripple your arms?”


  Tang Yiyi who was standing at the side couldn’t help but speak up with a giggle, “Brother, can’t you be a little more gentle to girls?”


  It was at this point that Jian Qi finally noticed that the person that Tang Jinyu was with was Tang Yiyi.

  Tang Jinyu scoffed. “When have you two become allies?”

  Jian Qi dramatically took a few steps backward and held her hands to her chest, before looking back up at Tang Jinyu. “Instructor Tang, how could you hurt me so? My heart has been shattered into pieces!”


  Meanwhile, Tang Yiyi could only laugh at the rare event in which her brother was being teased in such a way.

  “Ms. Jian, do you want to have dinner with us?”


  Jian Qi nodded, completely ignoring the frigid aura that Tang Jinyu was emanating. “I have a friend with me, can he come too?”


  Tang Yiyi nodded and replied with a smile, “Of course he can.”


  Jian Qi turned around and waved at Qiao Bo who had not made his way over yet. “Idol, come here!”


  Tang Jinyu furrowed his brows. Idol?

  Qiao Bo saw everything happen, and his own footsteps stopped when he saw the woman next to Tang Jinyu. He looked on as the three played around and bantered on, and did not know whether he should leave or stay there standing in place, but he knew that it was not a smart move to walk over!

  He stood there for a while and was about to leave when Jian Qi waved at him, and the three of them had their eyes locked onto him.

  A trace of indecipherable emotions flashed across Tang Yiyi’s eyes when her eyes met Qiao Bo’s before disappearing just as quickly as it came.

  Jian Qi made her way over to Qiao Bo and dragged him over. “I don’t think we need introductions, we all know each other right?”


  Tang Yiyi was Qiao Bo’s boss, and Tang Jinyu had been Qiao Bo’s assistant before, so it would not be that awkward right?

  Qiao Bo nodded and greeted them politely, and Tang Yiyi did the same in return, not showing any foreign emotions on her face as she held Tang Jinyu’s arm and walked into the restaurant.
