  “Where’s the evidence?! Where’s the evidence?!”


  Pei Ge’s lips curled up into a cold smirk as a dark glint flashed her eyes.

  “Evidence? Of course, I have evidence!”


  The moment she said this, the air in the room froze.

  Pei Shishi, who barely managed to maintain a calm façade, instantly displayed a flustered look again.

  “You’re spouting nonsense!” she blurted out.

  Her voice was filled with affirmation, as if she knew for sure that the other did not truly have evidence.

  “I don’t know where you heard this from, but your ideas are totally laughable!” She took a deep breath and her fearful look slowly disappeared.
