‘Doggy Huo looks so much younger in this T-shirt!’
He looked like a campus beau and a handsome senior in college!
“Mr. Huo, you should dress in such clothes more often. You look much younger like this.”
Faced with Yan Jinyi’s praise, Huo Xishen did not feel happy at all, “Darling, do you mean that I usually look very old?”
“Anyway, you usually look older than you do now.”
After a moment of silence, Huo Xishen took the initiative to take Yan Jinyi’s hand and said, “Let’s go.”
Their new home was in the center of the city, across from the most lively walking street in the city.
As soon as they stepped out of the gate, Yan Jinyi very skillfully pulled out her sunglasses and put her mask on. “Mr. Huo, remember to stay away from me when we’re in the crowded places later on.”
This place was different from the neighborhood where the Huo family’s manor was situated, wherein all the residents were of the upper-class society and rarely paid attention to the entertainment industry. Besides, the night market there was not as lively as the one here.
Seeing how eager Yan Jinyi was to separate herself from him, Huo Xishen said with some displeasure, “Darling, do you think I’m some menacing prehistorical beast?”
With an exaggerated smile, Yan Jinyi asked, “Mr. Huo, you must be joking. How can there be such a a handsome beast in this world?”
“In that case, when are you going to give me a proper status?”
‘A proper status?’
Yan Jinyi was puzzled. “What status?”
“To announce our relationship to your fans.”
‘Oh, so that’s the status that Doggy Huo wants!’
Yan Jinyi was bewildered but she was now still uncertain if she would really spend the rest of her life with him. If they were to end up in a divorce, it would be really embarrassing.
If he was an ordinary person, it wouldn’t matter but he was the president of Huo Group. So, even if she proposed a divorce, the target of public opinion would end up being her.
Be it during the ancient or modern times, it seems to be the case.
“Mr. Huo, what is the rush? You haven’t even said you love me yet!” She waved her hand and winked at Huo Xishen. “Besides, if people know that I’m Second Young Mistress Huo, many people will come looking for trouble with me.”
The first to bear the brunt was Leng Yuxi, who was probably the last person who would want her identity to be made public.
“Darling, are you very deprived of love?”
“Yes, I’m deprived of your love, Mr. Huo, but unfortunately you can’t bear to give me any.”
“How do you know that I can’t bear to?”
Yan Jinyi suddenly raised her eyes to look at him, her eyes glistening brightly. “In that case, Mr. Huo, why don’t you let me hear you say that you love me?”
Huo Xishen decisively took her hand and walked towards the downtown area. “While the stores are still open now, you’re allowed to buy whatever you want, Darling.”
‘Psht……’
“I don’t want to buy anything today, I just want you to walk around with me, Mr. Huo.”
Huo Xishen glanced at her and nodded his head.
The two of them walked along the street and when they reached the river Yan Jinyi suddenly stopped, “Mr. Huo, has anyone ever confessed their love to you to your face?”
Huo Xishen looked like he was asking the obvious.
“There are many people who confess to me almost every single day, and majority of our crew are my fanboys and fangirls!”
Yan Jinyi said smugly.
Huo Xishen’s face immediately turned sullen. “Darling, you’re quite popular with men.”
“But you’re the only person I love, Mr. Huo!” Yan Jinyi insisted on completing the job of flirting with Huo Xishen. “Mr. Huo, I like you!”
Huo Xishen pretended not to hear her. “The wind is really strong here, I can’t hear you clearly.”
“Is that so?”
Huo Xishen nodded seriously.
Yan Jinyi suddenly stretched out an arm and wrapped it around Huo Xishen’s neck before tipping her toes a little while inching her red lips closer to his. She then breathed onto his face and said, “Mr. Huo, I love you and I want to have you and your heart…… I want to strip you naked now and pin you down onto the grass.”
