The Christmas Party ended better than Reylin had imagined.
That was if he forgot about his car, though.
After Reylin woke up, he packed up messed blankets and secretly left them in the maid's care. He then left the house together with Aria, who ended up with a hangover.
Reylin glanced at her face, then retracted his eyes.
He wanted to speak about the Faynom World with her.
To be more precise, Reylin wanted to talk about the possibility of the world being real. His brothers saw through it and how sus it seemed. Even though it was an absurd thought, they believed in a little possibility.
Aria should've noticed some stuff already, but perhaps just like him, she wanted to confirm a few things.
Reylin didn't ask anything.
He fished out his phone from his pocket, then turned on the news. He stuffed his ears with headphones, then listened to the daily news brought by no one other than Miss Mirabelle.
'So they attacked during Christmas,' Reylin narrowed his eyes as he listened to her voice.
It seemed like King Julian's family went all out in a few kingdoms worldwide! They had utterly erased the player's influence in the territories of the domains mentioned above.
No player could enter those countries or respawn here, making them run away to other lands.
Countless complaints appeared on the forum, but the Revo Company utterly ignored them. If the situation required their word, then just quoted terms of service……
Reylin decided to quickly return to the game-
Most players had at least one week after Christmas for themselves.
That was the time they decided to wholeheartedly invest in the game.
From Reylin's side, players swore to become better and polish their abilities.
All of them saw what had happened to other kingdoms.
That was too devastating, and no one wanted to go through the same here. Their land was free of those maddened outbursts and screams of residents that many players utterly hated.
Reylin and his friends appeared in the game as well.
Reylin went to his house in the most secret base in Tathum Province, then followed his schedule strictly.
He made a lot of scrolls for his allies.
He boosted a lot of equipment for his allies.
And that was nothing but mundane work.
He did it without any complaints and even helped others at the front should they need any urgent help!
His dragon wings were always ready to assist!
Time flew by, and another significant event appeared in Reylin's life.
[Lioness: Gather all forces around the Burial Ground Dungeon! All!]
That message swept through all players from all guilds, but also residents from Reylin's side. He was now working with Layla, and their eyes rose to peek into each other.
Reylin didn't waste even a second, "Don't tell me they want to destroy the Blue Rose Kingdom and us?"
Layla's eyes widened as she understood Reylin's thoughts, "Do they want to release the whole dungeon? But if they direct them at us…… then that undead will have to go through the capital!"
Reylin nodded at her words, then promptly left the hidden house.
His girlfriend followed him, then both of them saddled one of the fastest carriages. Many players and residents who fought with them on the front had also done the same, and an army of the whole alliance rushed toward the dungeon!
That hideous and frightening place made out of the undead welcomed all players.
Actually, dungeons were one of the places the players constantly leveled up as residents didn't dare to mindlessly enter here.
That dungeon was the place where Reylin gathered information about the second layer and made contact with players whose ghosts turned out to be fire-related.
However, that place became a bomb.
A literal bomb due to Zamram's influence.
Reylin spotted Lioness, then approached her, "What's happening?"
"Lion Ghost said that the Abomination has awakened…… He also inferred that one of the dungeon seals broke already," Lioness said as she held her sword and hovered her eyes on the dungeon.
One seal broke already.
It meant that the abomination had awakened and that the whole purpose of phases became meaningless.
Lion Ghost said it would be just a few hours before the whole dungeon lost all its seals!
Outer undead would become free…… The undead from phase 1 also would get their freedom, to say nothing of the ghosts and their clear consciousness!
That was far from the worst, however.
The worst was naturally the abomination! It would eat every mana on its way, and with how things turned out, this existence surely would go toward the Blue Rose Kingdom!
No one doubted that it was King Julian's doing!
That was undoubted because of Reylin's existence and how well Lioness and Ferocious Bear's alliance did in its lands.
That man didn't care about the land but the threat looming here.
He would bring out an even more dangerous beast to get rid of the severe threat!
That beast was an abomination.
Reylin asked, "Have you contacted the church?"
"I have," Lioness replied, "Changnam Believers have already mobilized, and we have signed a temporary truce. Well, it's not like we are enemies. It's just that we aren't fond of the ascended, either." Lioness smiled widely.
An existence that forced one of the ascended to move required more attention than ever.
Reylin believed the seal and time had weakened the beast, but it wasn't like it was just in their interest to erase it.
After King Julina's Christmas Attack, many churches and their people gathered around Reylin's area.
"So this is it! We will fight another big opponent! Haha!" Steel Melody was as excited as usual.
But as the area rumbled and the whole dungeon shook, Steel Melody's eyes batted as she hovered her eyes on the place.
The beast roared in a jovial tone as it had regained its freedom!
That tone dimed Steel Melody's enthusiasm, "It's a little too big, I think……"
She wouldn't even be able to face it, to say nothing of hearing her favorite steel sound! That beast would just eat her, and voila!
Reylin squinted his eyes, "Turn your Steel Maiden into mecha, maybe?"
"Oh! That's a good idea! I will try to play with my Weapon Skill Tree!" Steel Melody crossed her arms and nodded a few times.
