Chapter 98 Pretty Auntie, Why Are You Sad? 1
Feng Tianyi smiled at him and shook his head. These two little buns shouldn't get involved with his and their mother's issue.
"Nothing, Xiao Bao. Where's your sister?" He asked when he noticed that Little Star wasn't with the little boy.
"Little Star went out with Auntie Yaoyao today. I didn't leave with them."
"Why didn't you? Aren't you bored being here with me every day?" Feng Tianyi asked back.
Xiao Bao shook his head before taking a seat on the ground next to Hunter, petting the dog's head lovingly.
"I prefer to stay with you, Uncle Ji. Didn't we promise you that Little Star and I will take care of you? So if you are sad, just talk to me, okay? We feel like Uncle Ji is really sad these days and hasn't been himself." The little boy told him.
How can he and Little Star not notice that their Daddy Ji and Mommy were growing apart these days? Mommy was always away or busy up to the point that she rarely met or greeted their Daddy Ji even when she was at home.
This couldn't be! Daddy Ji and Mommy should be liking each other, not fighting each other!
Feng Tianyi gave him a weak smile and patted his head. It was really a pity that he wasn't the one who fathered these children.
"How about you come with me and Uncle Yan instead? We're going to meet my agent and other business partners. We need to leave in an hour."
Xiao Bao then turned to face Auntie Lu, who was assigned to watch after him while his mother and twin sister were away.
"Don't worry, Young Master. I'll give your mother a call. I'm sure she wouldn't mind if you go out for a while." The old woman told the boy, which made Xiao Bao extremely happy and squealed in excitement.
Yes! Finally, he and Daddy Ji can have their alone time without Mommy and Little Star! He could have his Daddy Ji all to himself. Just in case Daddy Ji meets another woman today who wasn't his mother, the little bun was confident that he would be able to chase her away!
Until Daddy Ji and Mommy ended up together, he shouldn't give other women a chance to ruin the ship he and his sister were building. The only chance for them to have a daddy was to convince their Mommy to marry their Daddy Ji, until then, Xiao bao just had to make sure that the coast was clear, to be safe.
"Now, why don't you go with Auntie Lu and get changed. We'll just wait for your Uncle Yan before we go," Feng Tianyi convinced him. It should also give him enough time to prepare himself.
"Uncle Yan, where are we going?" Xiao bao asked as he stared outside the window with wide eyes. This was the first time he'd been in the business district and everywhere he looked, there were high-rise buildings as far as his eyes could see.
Song Fengyan laughed and took a glance at his dashboard mirror before returning his eyes on the road.
"I'm bringing you to where your Uncle Ji and Uncle Number 2 are working. Are you excited?" He asked the Little Bun.
"That place is full of adults, Xiao Bao. You have to be careful not to get lost and always stay with Uncle Yan, okay?"
Xiao Bao nodded. He did think that this place was really huge. He wondered if his mother was working in a place like this too.
The car turned to a corner before it went down a ramp. The sight in front of them became darker as Song Fengyan drove down the parking space below the building, where the private elevator was.
People hadn't caught up with the news that Feng Tianyi was back anyway. The fewer people knew he was back, the fewer chances of Feng Tianhua going after Tang Moyu again.
"Alright. We're here!" Song Fengyan announced and helped Feng Tianyi to get down from the backseat before carrying the little bun in his arms. Feng Tianyi had easily maneuvered and transferred himself to his wheelchair.
"Do you really have to bring a backpack?" Song Fengyan asked the child in his arms when he noticed Xiao bao had brought a yellow backpack with him.
"En! Mommy told me to bring some spare clothes and a water bottle just in case I get sweaty and tired from too much walking!" Xiao Bao replied before the trio stepped into the private elevator.
"Are you sure she isn't here?" Feng Tianyi asked his cousin. His mother shouldn't be here. She should be on her way to Korea for a five-day business trip.
Song Fengyan hummed and nodded. The elevator opened with a ding as they reached the top floor of the building, which was filled with offices and boardrooms. Their blinds down, giving them enough privacy to reach the president's office, which Feng Tianyi hadn't used for a long time.
"She shouldn't be here, but even if she is, so what? " He replied, at least that was according to He Lianchen.
"Xiao Bao, would you mind waiting here for a while with Uncle Yan? I promise I'll be back soon."
The little boy nodded as he looked around the huge office room with a floor-to-ceiling window that oversaw the other skyscraper across the building.
